What You Will Do
Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or other documentationOrganize and store materials in designated areas to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse (e.g., cantilevers, pipe sleeves, standing racks, and bulk area)Select and bundle customer orders, securing items by metal strapping if neededPrepare and package items for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentationUtilize appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and Combi liftUse equipment for order selection such as RF scanners and Hi‑P printersCollaborate with other team members to fulfill and prioritize material requestsMaintain inventory accuracy by assisting in periodic inventory countsIdentify and report any inventory issues, such as damaged pipesEnsure compliance with housekeeping and safety procedures or guidelines while performing all dutiesOperate computer systems and software to track inventory, shipments, and perform data entry tasks as neededParticipate or assist with associate training / mentoringAssist with all other general warehouse duties as assignedWhat Will You Bring
Previous warehouse and forklift experience (Combi lift experience required)Basic computer skills; knowledge or experience with a warehouse management system is an assetKnowledge of industry products is an assetDependable and reliable; ability to take ownership and initiativeExcellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skillsHigh level of commitment to exceptional customer serviceAble to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyThis position requires the result of a satisfactory criminal record check.
