As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering large-scale hospital and healthcare facilities that support communities at their most important moments. Working alongside experienced design professionals, field teams, and leadership, your work will directly contribute to building safe, resilient spaces where care happens every day.

We are open to candidates based anywhere in British Columbia, as this position operates on a fly-in / fly-out basis from Kamloops. You can work with the team to determine a travel schedule that fits best for you. All travel expenses will be reimbursed, and bookings will be managed through a dedicated travel agent. This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who thrives in complex environments and wants to leave a lasting legacy through meaningful, multi-year projects.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll lead the electrical and technology Spezial of large-scale, design-build healthcare projects from planning through close-out.
• In this role, you’ll oversee schedules, budgets, quality standards, and risk management across multi-year projects. صحي>
• You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• You’ll manage project performance tracking, financial reporting, and procurement activities.
• You’ll collaborate closely with site leadership to plan labour needs and staffing strategies.
• You’ll mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office, with exposure to tools such as Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or scheduling software considered an asset. li>

Compensation

Salary range of $115,000–$140,000 annually, plus a competitive total compensation package. Compensation is aligned with experience, skills, and project location.
