Job Description : Job Summary

The implementations specialist supports a system build process by assisting in testing of user requirements as well as evaluating the usability and efficiency of the system to support local operations.

Job Duties

After a period of training, this position will complete gathering and testing of user requirements and scenarios in the system. Implementations specialists will demonstrate a detailed understanding of the system and of warehouse processes. Implementations specialist will work with the IT build team to communicate system gaps as well as suggested improvements.  As they are testing, the implementations specialist will document their findings and progress as well as provide communications on the status of testing. Implementations specialist may need to complete demos or trainings for others on the system.

Other Duties

• Works with group of other testers  to complete tasks
• Attends daily status meetings using Zoom
• Evaluates system for potential improvements and shares suggestions with group
• Evaluates reporting for system for accuracy and readability
• Creates test scenarios as necessary to complete training
