Job Summary :
The Robotic Programmer / Systems Integration Technologist will be responsible for programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting robotic welding systems.
This role requires a strong welding background, extensive programming skills, and the ability to interface effectively with customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience with KUKA Robots and Servo Motor Seam tracking and will be capable of leading our Programming and Robotic division.
Key Responsibilities :
- and commission robotic welding systems.
- and resolve issues with robotic welding systems.

- effectively with clients, particularly in Southern Louisiana, ensuring high levels of communication and adaptability to fit their cultural and work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- welding background with formal training (CBW certificate or equivalent preferred).
- experience welding with a robot.
- in programming robots for welding applications.
- to commission new robotic welding systems.
- troubleshooting skills for robotic systems.

- to travel and work remotely as required. Must have a Canadian passport and able to travel to the U.S
Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
- with offline programming, path programming, and simulations.
- with PLC programming (basic or advanced).
- with seam tracking and adaptive technology integration.
- with KUKA Robots and Servo Motor Seam tracking.
- to train and support customers effectively.
