Job Description :
- Bilingual (French Canadian)
- Review Virtual Agent design doc, develop a comprehensive UAT testing strategy, create and define test plans, and identify any dependencies required for testing
- Strong verbal communication, including with ability to communicate across groups to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements
- Strong Written communication, including the ability to document bugs discovered as per testing and communicate them accordingly
- Ability to conduct Voice and Chat virtual agent UAT testing with a demonstrated experience of the same
- Experience conducting automated testing using (Experience with Cyara a plus)
- Organizational skills, including the ability to track the progress and status of open defects tracking
- CCAI / DF Experience a plus
