Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX :

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team :

The People & Culture Enablement and Experience team leads business management, project management, employee experiences and events. Through optimized programs, thoughtful experiences, and meaningful interactions and activations in our spaces, we create the conditions for teams and the business to thrive.

This team is the conduit between People & Culture experiences, programs and projects, and our cross‑functional partners - enabling growth, scaling our capabilities and activating our culture to achieve our business goals. We create and implement standard operating principles to ensure consistent experience for our global and regional employees. We work in close partnership with our cross‑functional partners within People & Culture, and across the organization.

If you were the Program Manager, People Enablement here are some of the core activities you would be doing :

  • Designing, managing and optimizing scalable global people enablement programs.
  • Facilitating cross‑functional collaboration to ensure programs meet diverse needs.
  • Managing aspects of the P&C translation program and workflows by liaising with external vendors and our internal Brand Localization team, coordinating timelines and ensuring high‑quality delivering of multilingual content.
  • Leading aspects of Arc'teryx’s corporate travel program, ensuring employees have a positive experience and business goals are met.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with program partners, including cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure visibility, engagement and on‑going alignment.
  • Managing the P&C Calendar, centralizing visibility into the work happening across the department, communicating to key partners and connecting into other calendar processes.
  • Managing Enablement & Experience’s rhythms of business that enable the P&C department to meet its weekly, monthly and long‑term objectives.
  • Championing process innovation and optimization within the People Enablement team to continuously evolve operational practices, tools, process and workflow.
  • Managing end‑to‑end P&C projects by owning the intake process, including managing briefs, coordination of timelines across all stakeholders, and facilitating execution through to delivery across all P&C creative projects.
  • Developing and managing operational project plans, roadmaps & calendars specific to the programs that you are leading.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners across the department, organization and externals.

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future :

  • Mapping the P&C team program and project load to support department resourcing in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Supporting department budgeting activities and reporting.
  • Leading larger projects and new initiatives as part of our longer‑term roadmap.
  • Working with cross‑functional partners and the global group People and Culture team on broader initiatives.
  • Are you our next Program Manager, People Enablement?

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
  • You have a relentless attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • You have experience in leading programs or projects that work with creatives (agencies and freelancers), environmental design and in leading the development of bringing creative briefs to life.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide insights and guide work across the department and business.
  • You ideally have experience in People and Culture (Human Resources) related programming such as learning & development, total rewards, people analytics, talent management, systems and / or operations programs in a global business landscape.
  • You have the ability to influence and guide without direct control.
  • You are proficient in creating, organizing and leading efficient and effective workflow and project plans.
  • You have advanced experience using project management platforms and tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Miro, Sharepoint, etc).
  • You can collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment to drive results.
  • You are capable of finding simple, scalable solutions for complex problems and developing others to do the same.
  • You are proficient in managing a portfolio of programs / projects and leading change through others.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships at all levels.
  • You have a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and personal development.
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
  • You have strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint).
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it.
  • $94,000 - $117,000 a year

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$94,000 - CAD$117,000 at the time of this posting.
