Product Coordinator

Under the responsibility of the product manager, the incumbent is responsible for collecting information and coding new products into the system.
Your attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.
Your role -Carry out product coding in accordance with company standards. -Ensure follow-up with all teams involved so that deadlines are met.
- Participate in managing and updating the database. -Collaborate with Designers and factories to identify and ensure the integrity of the information.
- Coordinate the collection of information, resolve problems related to data integrity and ensure data uniformity within the different departments involved.
- Perform all other related tasks. What we're looking for -Strong capacity for multitasking. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. -Demonstrate initiative, autonomy and resourcefulness. -Have an excellent knowledge of English to deal with the foreign divisions.
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook); -Ability to learn new technology and software quickly.
- Have excellent typing speed and accuracy. Experience : -Hold a college diploma (D.E.C.) in administration or a related field.
