Dealer Level 1-RRCR

Are you a people-person that enjoys meeting new people? Are you up-beat, positive, and outgoing? Do you have a knack for providing exceptional customer service? River Rock Casino Resort is currently looking for Incoming Professional Card Dealers. Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to our guests. Card Dealers must ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees.

Other responsibilities include :

• Providing exceptional guest service while conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner
• Maintaining game integrity and adhering to policies and procedures, licensing laws and statutory regulations
• Exchanging customer cash and promotional vouchers for equivalent value chips
• Controlling the order of play; closing bets at the appropriate time; maintaining table security

Work Environment Considerations

There will be a mandatory training program for 10 days from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM on March 2nd to 5th, March 9th to 10th, and March 16th to 19th, 2026 at River Rock Casino Resort. If selected for the job, 100% attendance would be required for the training program.
