Product Deployment Specialist

Job Description

As a Product Deployment Specialist, your role consists of supporting clinic staff in the optimal use of our web-based electronic medical record (EMR), while ensuring a successful implementation adapted to the reality of each clinic.

Your contribution to the deployment team will have a direct and significant impact on improving clinical processes. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to welcome new clients and guide them in the adoption of our care management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the onboarding team by helping to define the needs of new customers.
• Plan and prepare the technological park required for the deployment of MEDFAR’s products.
• Implement functional interfaces required for the deployment of our products.
• Develop IT clinical processes related to the deployment ensuring optimal use of our EMR product.
• Participate in remote and on-site project deployments depending on size or complexity using tailored tools.
• Prepare and conduct advanced training adapted to the clerical and medical staff of clinics.
• Organize Q&A sessions for clients at clinics.
• Design presentations and write project reports.
• Support clients throughout the process.
• Apply corrective and preventive interventions while targeting the improvement of clinical processes.
