As an Assistant Store Manager, you will :
- Regularly evaluate, support, train, and coach your team on products, style, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly operations, setting daily sales goals and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop in-store talent and future leaders by motivating and promoting your team members.
- Handle store opening and closing procedures like a pro.
- Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
What You Need :
Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail (KPI analysis, planning, inventory management, etc.).
Proven leadership skills in recruiting, developing, and mentoring team members.
Bilingual skills in French and English (spoken and written) as you will meet many customers!
