Talented and eager Bookkeepers / Office Assistants will find a permanent opportunity available via Robert Half. Apply now! You will manage the day to day accounting, data entry, and payroll as the Bookkeeper.

You will also be responsible for booking travel and managing the personal errands of the family. We want to hear from you if you're a self-driven and organized professional.

This Bookkeeper role will be located in the Burlington, Ontario area and will be a permanent position.

Your responsibilities :

  • Full cycle Bookkeeping, including Payroll
  • Month end and annual accounting functions
  • Collect data for monthly performance reporting
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Maintaining and creating task lists for the team
  • Scanning, filing, and printing of documents, presentation, and other meeting materials
  • Assist with site-level and corporate event planning and execution
  • Organize travel, both domestic / international, providing detailed itineraries
  • Respond to communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and personal errands
  • Conduct research and create reports based on the needs of the executive
  • Maintain record keeping, database and file management for all contacts, contracts, invoices, policies, assets etc.
  • Intake stakeholder questions / requests; liaise with members of team as needed to provide solutions

Job Requirements :

  • 5+ Years of previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and organization
  • Independent, self-starter
