Why we have this role :

As the Manager for the Valley Feeds store, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of full and part-time staff, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Youll also support inventory, merchandising, and help customers find and load the right products.

Working with us :

This 20-month contract role is based at our Valley Feeds store at 486 Main Street in Cambridge, Ontario, covering a maternity leave. The store operates Monday to Saturday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m., and your core working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

What youll do :

Drive Sales & Profitability

• Support and grow store sales.
• Identify customer needs and product opportunities.
• Follow pricing guidelines and focus on promoting key products.
• Reduce waste, manage shrink, and support upselling initiatives.
