Job Description :

CSN Collision is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Body Prepper / Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting and executing high-quality paint jobs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure a smooth finish
• Select and mix paint according to manufacturer specifications
• Apply paint, clear coats, and finishes using spray guns and other applications
• Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and perform necessary touch-ups
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results
• Assist in other collision repair tasks as needed
