YourRole :

Asa Junior HR Specialist at BMI youll be at the forefront of ourHuman Resources initiatives helping to optimize team memberengagement productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Administertalent acquisition and recruitment campaigns for both internalneeds and external clientrequests.
• Trackanalyze and report team member performance analytics.
• Leverage our existingHuman Resources Management System (HRMS) and other HR software tooptimize team member communication engagement productivity andefficiency.
• Participatein monthly performance evaluations of teammembers.
• Collaborate with BMIclients to apply the same skills used internally to address theirexternal HR objectives.
• Completetasks related to setting up HR systems and streamlining HRprocesses for ourclients.
• Collaborate to ensure thesuccess of our social clubevents.
