Skilled assembler - pipe bending or plumbing experience

We are recruiting for a Skilled Assembler in Cambridge, ON, at a leading manufacturer. In this hands-on role, you will perform the assembly, testing, and fabrication of products based on technical drawings and diagrams. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrated attention to detail. We are looking for someone with pipe bending experience

Responsibilities

Mechanical assembly for Laboratory

Install brass and stainless steel pipe and fittings up to 4”

Assemble rubber hoses up to 1”

Cut and bend copper and stainless tubing up to ¾”

Use of hand and small power tools

Prepare parts for cleaning and assembly

Drill and tap holes in sheet metal

Qualifications

Previous experience with pipe bending or plumbing is required.

2-5 years experience in assembly

Mechanical assembly for Laboratory

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency in using jigs, fixtures, and power tools.

Demonstrated attention to detail and strong communication skills.
