Reporting to the NAPA AUTOPRO Regional Director this position is centered on three primary areas of focus : supporting active members by fostering the growth of their banner businesses encouraging greater utilization of the services offered and enhancing their adherence to the programs membership standards; driving sales growth among existing banner members while maximizing the sales potential of NAPA parts; and actively developing new prospects in alignment with the strategic acquisition plan.
