They are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the full employee experience — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, development, and recognition.

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer letters
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for new hires
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employment records
Employee Engagement & Culture
Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strengthen company cultureCoordinate employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activitiesCollect and help analyze employee feedback through surveys and engagement toolsHR Administration & Compliance
Maintain employee records in compliance with Canadian employment legislationAssist with HR reporting, documentation, and administration of employee perks and programsPrepare employment verification letters and standard HR documentationSupport policy communication and adherence across the organizationLearning & Development
Assist with coordinating training programs and development initiativesTrack employee development plans and learning progressAdditional Responsibilities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People & CultureOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring
Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1+ year of experience in HR, People & Culture, or a related roleWorking knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR best practicesAbout You
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and creating positive experiences at work. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You communicate with ease, build trust quickly, and take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
