Our client is seeking a Intermediate Contract Administrator to review, issue and audit RFS, RFP, contract change orders and amendments to proposals within the insurance industry. (Remote)
Must Haves :
- 7+ years of Contract Management experience
- Experience reviewing and issuing RFPs, RFSs and contracts
- Experience with amending and evaluating proposals
- Experience auditing existing expenditure and billed costs are aligned to contracts
- Receipt, invoice, variance reporting and management in Azure DevOps ADO
- Experience supporting service delivery, and contract performance issues
- Experience with SLAs
Nice to Haves :
Experience with Azure DevOps ADO

- Experience with contract management, working with service providers, including service delivery, project delivery, and monitoring performance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an environment that requires managing multiple, on-going activities within tight deadlines and be flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities.
- Strong investigative, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Works with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced communication skills (verbally and written) with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook. VISIO and AzureDevOps experience is an asset.
