Position Summary
Reporting to the Program Manager Safe Centre of Peel the Client Navigator is responsible for acting as the point of first contact for program participants potential clients and community. The Client Navigator conducts intake and screening; provides crisis intervention short-term counseling intervention and advocacy to individuals families and make appropriate referrals to community services. The incumbent also establishes and maintains relationships with on-site and off-site partners agency service partners and referral sources. The incumbent is also responsible for conducting telephone and in-person outreach activities and completing all appropriate administrative records in a timely manner.
