Job descriptionPassionate about cars and customer service Expertise in automotive repair, maintenance, and quality service Motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment Valid Red Seal Certification an asset; BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract required Strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, proficient with diagnostic tools and technology Pride in workmanship, confidence in abilities, desire to exceed customer expectations Vehicle maintenance : perform maintenance and repairs as assigned Diagnosing issues : identify the source of malfunctions and determine needed repairs or maintenance Safety inspections : examine vehicles for additional safety or service work and perform road tests when needed Communication : clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors Compliance : follow provincial and company policies and safety regulations
Automotive Service Technician – $5,000 Signing Bonus
Location : Comox Valley Dodge, Trotman Auto Group (Courtenay, BC)
Compensation : $36.00–$39.00 per hour, flat rate, plus $5,000 signing bonus. Full‑time, Monday to Friday.
