Responsibilities
- Ensure that Trican’s core value, We won’t put anyone in harm’s way is the priority in all activities
- Confirm all necessary product and equipment is loaded and ready for transport prior to leaving base
- Confirm with customer that all quantities, types of fluid, additives, and mixing processes meet with customer and program requirements
- Perform pre and post trip inspections and accurately fill out all required forms
- Perform rig-in and rig out of all equipment for travel
- Convey all safety concerns and procedures to customers and rig crews on site
- Complete all applicable paperwork upon job completion and forward to applicable personnel
- Monitor available hours to work and drive and hours worked for operators
- Assist in the development, evaluation, and training of all related personnel as well as provide guidance, leadership, and discipline to all employees
- Ensure job quality, safety requirements, and standard procedures coincide with Trican company standards, government legislation, and customer requirements
Experience & Skills :
- Valid Class 1 Driver's license is required
- Minimum two years of experience in coiled tubing operations is required
- N2 and Fluid experience is an asset
- High school diploma is an asset
- Safe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requested
- Physically demanding - heavy lifting required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skilled in problem-solving techniques

Working Conditions :
- 15 days on / 6 days off
- On call 24-hours during shift
- Must live near base of employment
- Pre-employment medical testing required
