As we continue to grow and innovate, we are embarking on a significant technological transformation by migrating our entire business operations to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This comprehensive project includes integrating our accounting, point-of-sale (POS), inventory, shipping, and receiving systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, followed by linking the new system to our Shopify webstore to ensure seamless communication and operation.
Additionally, the project will involve integrating our Cisco IP phones into the Microsoft environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead this comprehensive migration project.
Job Description : The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the migration of our entire business infrastructure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This role requires extensive experience with ERP & CRM systems, project management, and a deep understanding of retail operations and e-commerce integration.
Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end migration project from Google Suite and in-house ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration POS, accounting, inventory, shipping, receiving systems, and Shopify webstore.
Oversee data migration, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or risks.
Train and support staff on the new system, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices throughout the migration process.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP migration projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong understanding of retail business processes and operations.Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Skills : Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its modules.Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
