About this role

We are recruiting for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Burnaby office.

Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide business development support for all of Houle's business groups including : Electrical Service, Projects and Technologies
  • Schedule, record and manage meeting information and documents
  • Research potential sales leads and opportunities, and create outreach plan
  • Coordinate and prepare presentation materials
  • Document leads and organize client meetings
  • Maintain CRM entries and sales activities report

Your experience and skills

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing / Sales, or equivalent
  • 2 years of work experience in a customer service, sales, or business development role
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM)
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of business, customer service, sales
  • Able to manage multiple projects and organize tasks
  • Have a sense of urgency, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent people skills, proven team player, and able to work independently
  • Adaptable and goal driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary range : $50,000-$65,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered.
