Finance Analyst / IT Cost Analyst
This position will support the Technology Business Operations team with IT invoice analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities :
- IT invoice coding and analysis (e.g. telecommunication and cloud costs)
- Timesheet data analysis (e.g unsubmitted and pending approval), and ensure adherence to local policies
- Coordinate software and hardware maintenance renewals
- Submitting Accounts Payable and Procurement tickets to expedite approvals
Qualifications :
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, auditing and investigative skills
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, and advanced skills using spreadsheets
- Basic French and / or Spanish
- Experience in a similar role (e.g. administrative support, purchasing, Accounts Payable)
Education :
- Relevant CEGEP degree plus equivalent work experience
- University degree (finance, accounting, economics, business administration or equivalent)
