As a Financial Analyst, you will assist our Controller and VP of Finance in performing financial tasks, bookings, and reporting.
Your responsibilities include monthly reporting and accounting for our client in the Montréal area, as well as managing and implementing commercial processes.

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities :
Financial Analyst :
- Conduct month-end analysis, journal entries, and complete corporate reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure adherence to internal control guidelines
- Manage the invoicing process for specific products
- Prepare and analyze periodic reports on business evolution and operational costs to support decision-making
- Monitor and analyze financial discrepancies between forecasted and actual objectives, proposing corrective actions if necessary
- Participate in the preparation and formulation of forecasts and budgets for US and Canadian entities
- Handle other ad hoc reporting tasks
Commercial Coordinator :
- Create and manage commercial documentation
- Implement discounts in our systems for routine and custom requests
- Review and develop tools to optimize commercial processes
- Update commercial tools on a monthly basis
- Maintain open communication channels with representatives and regional managers
- Support the commercial team with invoice-related matters
- Implement promotions
- Calculate retroactive credits
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a financial analyst and / or management control
- Bilingual French and English
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Positive attitude, eager to learn , team player and is autonomous.
- Inter-departmental communication
- Priority management and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment
- Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) an asset
