DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
La personne choisie sera responsable de la succursale au niveau de la production, l’entretien, l’inventaire, les achats, la gestion d’équipe et de différentes tâches administratives. Elle sera sous la supervision du propriétaire possédant d’autres succursale SUBWAY.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
La personne recherchée cumulera 2 an d’expérience en gestion de personnel dans le domaine de la restauration. La passion d’offrir un service WOW à tous ses clients font partie de sa personnalité. Dynamique et responsable, elle saura relever les défis quotidiens et y trouver les solutions par sa grande débrouillardise. Elle manipulera aisément les différents rapports administratifs et contribuera à la formation et l’encadrement du personnel en place. Elle sera en mesure d’œuvrer avec un minimum de supervision directe et de viser une autonomie complète.
