Human Resources Advisor (12 month contract)

Working in Puslinch, Ontario

As HR Advisor you would play a critical part in helping to accelerate careers in line with our business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Full cycle Recruitment, from sourcing through to onboarding
• Aligning talent management and development with business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with Mammoet’s HR standards, procedures, and processes
• Producing and delivering reports on HR activities
• Developing strong networks and relationships across the business
• Assisting with Policy development and Change Management initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Professional level experience in organization and job design, organizational development, employment law, HR systems and MS Office suite.
• English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
• Evidence of experience in a similar role, experience supporting a unionized environment considered an asset
• minimum of 3-5 years of broad, relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or legal discipline
