Human Resources Advisor (12 month contract)
Working in Puslinch, Ontario

As HR Advisor you would play a critical part in helping to accelerate careers in line with our business objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Full cycle Recruitment, from sourcing through to onboarding
- Aligning talent management and development with business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with Mammoet’s HR standards, procedures, and processes
- Producing and delivering reports on HR activities
- Developing strong networks and relationships across the business
- Assisting with Policy development and Change Management initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Professional level experience in organization and job design, organizational development, employment law, HR systems and MS Office suite.
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, experience supporting a unionized environment considered an asset
- minimum of 3-5 years of broad, relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or legal discipline
