Technician - Landscape Architecture in Montreal

We are currently looking for a Landscape Architecture Technician to join our team in Montreal / Quebec .

Responsibilities for this role include :

• Drafting site surveys and creating detailed landscape plans.
• Conducting site surveys for various landscape architecture projects (measuring, locating, and identifying areas for planning).
• Providing oversight for landscaping works when required.
• Estimating costs of works based on the stage of design development.
• Identifying technical issues and challenges in projects.
• Researching, analyzing, and proposing new solutions.
• Working closely with project managers and landscape architects.
• Sharing experience and knowledge with colleagues.
• Maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and suggesting ideas to advance the organization.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your strengths!

• College / professional diploma in computer-aided design, a related design field, or construction / engineering / environment (an asset).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the role.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license for client visits and travel to various business locations.
• ASP Construction card.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, REVIT, and BIM (an asset).
