Arsenault Bros Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our New Brunswick team and provide strategic leadership across complex construction projects. This is a key role for a proven leader who can balance big-picture oversight with hands-on execution delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
As a Senior Project Manager, youll mentor project teams, collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence from pre-construction through closeout. What Youll Do
- Lead by example in all aspects of safety, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Provide senior-level oversight of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, with approximately 75% office-based work and 25% on-site presence.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee scope, quality, and performance standards across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company expectations.
- Lead and support estimating and pre-construction strategies, contributing to successful bids and project starts.
- Monitor and manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and key performance milestones.
- Mentor and support Project Managers and field leadership, sharing best practices and driving professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve systems, processes, and overall project delivery.
What You Bring
Construction Management diploma or Engineering degree (preferred).PMP designation (or actively working toward it) is considered a strong asset.58+ years of progressive experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects, with a strong background in interior systems.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong working knowledge of project management principles, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.Whats In It for You
