OutsourceHR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead our client's busy pharmacy in the greater Vancouver area and oversee their Clinical Operations at 3 of their locations.

Responsibilities :
Pharmacy Management :
- Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and pharmacy standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and patient safety.
- Manage and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants, providing leadership and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes patient care and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in the pharmacy and encourage the same at all Pharmacies that fall under your scope..
Clinical Operations :
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical services, including medication therapy management, patient counseling, and adherence programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Promote patient education and self-management strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust system for managing patient medication profiles and ensuring medication safety.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc Pharm) degree or equivalent.
- Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy management, with a strong emphasis on clinical operations and patient care.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient in computer skills and pharmacy software applications.
- Experience in managing a packaging center is highly desirable.
