About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter for an immediate start to support interior renovation work within fully operational hotels in Banff. This is a hands‑on, interior‑focused role suited to carpenters who take pride in quality workmanship and are comfortable working in guest‑facing environments.

Projects are well‑organized and professionally managed, with clear sequencing, safety standards, and coordination with hotel operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on interior renovation scopes
• Install millwork, doors, frames, trim, hardware, and fixtures
• Support guestroom, corridor, and common‑area renovations
• Read drawings, scopes, and site instructions
• Coordinate daily work with site leadership and other trades
• Maintain clean, safe work areas in occupied hotel environments
• Follow all site safety, noise, and dust‑control protocols
