Job Summary
The Plant Controller is a hands‑on financial leader responsible for managing all financial aspects of Bimeda’s North American manufacturing operations, primarily supporting the Cambridge, Ontario and LeSueur, Minnesota facilities. Acting as a strategic finance business partner to Plant and Operations leadership, this role drives financial performance, cost discipline, and operational insight across the full profit and loss statement.
The Plant Controller blends strong technical accounting expertise with deep operational engagement on the plant floor. This role translates operational activity into meaningful financial insights, enabling data‑driven decision‑making that supports productivity, efficiency, profitability, and long‑term growth. The position requires both strategic thinking and practical execution, with meaningful time spent in the plants to understand processes, identify opportunities, and influence outcomes.
