Un cabinet d'avocat·e·s multiservices, doté d'une pratique fiscale florissante, est à la recherche d'un·e associé·e fiscaliste ou d'un·e avocat·e senior spécialisé·e dans la planification fiscale des particuliers et des entreprises, les restructurations d'entreprises, la planification successorale et les stratégies après le décès, pour rejoindre son département fiscal dynamique.
Exigences :
La personne candidate idéale doit :
- Être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec ;
- Posséder un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en fiscalité ;
- Posséder de solides compétences en matière de rédaction, de négociation, d'analyse et de relations interpersonnelles ;
- Avoir un bon sens des affaires et de fortes aptitudes à faire face à la clientèle ;
- Avoir une expérience démontrable en matière de leadership et être capable de déléguer aux juniors et au personnel ;
- Être capable de travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour un·e associé·e fiscaliste ou un·e avocat·e fiscaliste senior à la recherche d'une nouvelle plateforme de cabinet d'avocat·e·s, de travailler avec une équipe fiscale solide dans un environnement dynamique, stimulant et collégial.

Requirements :
The ideal candidate will :
- Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
- Have a minimum of 7 years of pertinent tax experience;
- Have strong drafting, negotiating, analytical & interpersonal skills;
- Have solid business acumen and strong client facing abilities;
- Have demonstrable leadership experience and be able to delegate to juniors and staff;
- Be able to work well independently as well as within a team.
