Job Title : General Labourer
Location : Kamloops, BC
Base Rate : $35.00 per hour
OT : 1.5x after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
Schedule : 5 days on and 2 days off, working 8-hour days
Shift Premium : $1.25 per hour night shift (if applicable)
Accommodations : Camp-provided or shared accommodations when required away from home; local position otherwise
Flights Paid : When required, the company arranged and paid for flights from the closest airport
Tools Provided : Yes
Travel Time : Kilometres paid for personal vehicle use

This is a local, project-based position in Kamloops, BC. While this role is based in BC, Big Country supports multiple sites across Canada and primarily serves open-pit and underground mining and construction operations.
