We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist for a State of the Art Medical Center in Sitka, Alaska.

Salary $145K to $185K depending on experience
Shift : Days only, Full Time, No nights
$10K relocation bonus if needed

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reviews all prescriptions for appropriateness of therapy, legality, completeness, contraindications, interactions, allergies, adverse drug reaction, lab value abnormalities and follow up by screening patient’s chart.
Provides clinical consultation and clarification and resolves any concerns or questions with prescriber prior to dispensing.
Documents all clinical activities and interventions accurately and completely. Enters prescriptions into pharmacy software.
REQUIREMENTS :
An unrestricted license as a registered pharmacist
Pharm.D. degree
MUST HAVE inpatient pharmacy experience or who have completed a PGY1
Certification in Basic Life Support
2 or more years Pharmacist in an acute care setting (more than retail experience needed)
