Reliability Program Improvement
- Enhance reliability system processes.
- Improve equipment availability targets.
- Implement operational maintenance excellence processes and monitor them t horoughly .
- Ensure optimal execution of operations through OHS targets attainment.
Budget Adherence and Performance
- Develop and adhere to maintenance budgets.
- Adhere to allocated maintenance budgets.
- Achieve OHS performance targets.
- Ensure quality work of maintenance teams.
Employee Engagement and Development
- Engage and develop all employees.
- Manage maintenance employees and subcontractors under your responsibility.
- Establish priorities for maintenance activities and coordinate them with production.
Operational Excellence and Problem-Solving
- Maintain and improve reliability system processes.
- Ensure operational excellence.
- Solve problems by making recommendations to your manager.
