As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our tenants enjoy the best living experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks including tenant relations, administrative duties, and project management.
The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual and a proactive team player with exceptional organizational skills.Duties and Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant requests, including lease agreements, payment processing, and maintenance / repair issues.
Ensure prompt and professional communication to foster positive tenant relationships.Manage all administrative aspects of the property, including accounts receivable, lease renewals, and compliance with regulations (e.
g., Régie du logement).Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.Oversee the turnover process of rental units, ensuring smooth transitions between tenants.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to prepare units for new occupants.Develop and manage the operating budget for the property.
Lead marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants.Oversee the leasing process, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and the execution of lease agreements.
Supervise on-site building staff.Coordinate with external contractors to ensure the property is well-maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications : 5-10 years of experience in residential real estate management, preferably within Quebec.
College diploma in Business Management or a related field. Candidates with higher education qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
Strong computer skills, including property management software (Hopem is a plus).Bilingual, with fluency in both French and English.
Highly organized, reliable, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively with tenants, staff, and contractors.
