Join our team, by stepping into the pivotal role of Regional Manager, responsible for overseeing our multifamily portfolio in Southwest Ontario.

We are seeking a motivated individual to play a key role in upholding our commitment to providing outstanding communities for residents across London, Stratford, Tillsonburg, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.

What you will do :

  • Develop, lead and implement strategies for maximizing profitability, increasing revenues, and controlling operating expenses.
  • Conduct organizational planning to align human resources with property and portfolio strategy objectives.
  • Manage the activities of direct / indirect reports to ensure timely goal achievement within prescribed policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor annual budgets, analyzing revenues and expenses strategically.
  • Practice strategic financial management to maximize the value and performance of the portfolio.
  • Encourage employee engagement, team training, and development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the community’s sub-market, staying informed about competitive communities.
  • Foster an environment of innovation and creativity for continuous service delivery improvement.
  • Actively participate in industry-related associations to network, share experiences, and acquire knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Effectively prepare for and manage crisis situations with immediate threats to people, property, operations, or reputation.

Who we are looking for :

  • University Degree in Business or related field from an accredited university.
  • Seven (7) + years experience in residential property management.
  • Five (5) + years on supervisory experience.
  • CPM designation is an asset.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Disciplined problem solver who is proactive, reliable, and resourceful.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills with tact, diplomacy, and patience.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, good judgment, and interpersonal skills.
