Child and Youth Care Workers play an integral role in caring for and providing a safe and stable home environment for children and youth in residential care. As an influential role model, you build effective relationships with children and youth through a trauma‑informed lens.

What you’ll bring?

A Child and Youth Care certification or, degree and diploma is preferred. Experience working with children and youth from trauma or with various complex needs is considered an asset. A driver’s license, Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid Certificate, and Children, Seniors and Social Development (CSSD) Record Check are required.

• Salary ranges from $21.05 to $21.90 per hour as per collective agreement
