Chiropractic Health Assistant Position
Our reputable Chiropractic Wellness Centre is seeking an outstanding candidate for the position of Health Assistant to complete our team.
We are looking for a positive person with great people and communication skills. This candidate must have a passion for helping others, health, fitness, and wellness promotion and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
Our clinic requires the highest degree of quality service. This means the candidate will be committed to ongoing training and development.
A structured training schedule will allow you to excel quickly.
- The responsibilities of the assistant initially include health promotion, reception duties and doctor’s assistance.
- Post-secondary education is required such as a college diploma in the areas of health promotion, exercise therapy, Occupation Therapy / Physiotherapy Assistant etc.
- A solid background in musculoskeletal anatomy and exercise prescription is required.
Hours :
30- 36 + hours per week- Monday Friday, morning and afternoon shifts required
Rate :
$20 (Training Wage)- $25 per hour, this is an entry level position, the right candidate can advance quickly, if desired.
Performance review and advancement is based on commitment to training and core competencies attained.
- 45 days Complementary Chiropractic Care Starts
- 90 days Performance Review and Wage Review, based on performance
- 90 days Health Spending Account Starts ($750.00 / year)
