Perm role with a top global client
- Multiple roles at different levels Sr Manager, Manager, Consultant, Sr Consultant
- HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal- SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce, UKG Dimensions, Oracle, Workday, etc
- 2 - 5 years project implementation experience. At least 1 Full lifecycle implementation experience
- Understand end to end life-cycle
- Support or lead business process design, enhancements
- Participate and / or lead client discussions requirements gathering, user stories / test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead / support testing and drive deployment
- Approximately 2- 3 years Consulting experience
- Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis / recommendations.
- Security clearance, or ability to secure Security clearance is highly preferred
