On Behalf of our client, Leading Transportation company in Atlantic Canada New Brunswick . Protrans Personnel Services is currently looking for Permanent Morning Full Time Human Resources Consultant.

The role of the human resources professional is to develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies, programs, and procedures.

The human resources professional also advises senior executives and managers on labor relations and human resources issues.

The HR consultant is responsible for activities such as staffing, compensation and benefits, orientation, training, and labor relations.

Hours of Work :

Monday Friday : 8 am to 5 pm ( 40h / week )

  • Location : St-Andre, New Brunswick
  • Role : Full time - Permanent Position
  • This role requires a physical presence on-site and does not support remote work arrangements.
  • Must be Bilingual (French and English)

No relocation or Students application accepted.

Responsibilities :

  • Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates human resources and labour relations strategies, including policies, programs, and procedures to meet the organization's human resources needs.
  • Coach and advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Provide coaching and advice to managers on labor relations.
  • Plan and administer staffing, compensation and benefits, disability management, training, employment equity.
  • Manage programs and maintain human resources information systems and related records.
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.
  • Ensure compliance of company practices with federal labor standards.
  • Draft human resources communications and letters in both official languages.
  • Manage and follow up on the opening of occupational health and safety files, as required.
  • Any other task designated by the superior.

EDUCATION

  • University or college diploma or certificate in human resources management (an asset)
  • Certified member of a professional human resources association (an asset)

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three years' experience in human resources or a related position
  • A suitable combination of training and experience can be envisaged.

Le professionnel en ressources humaines conseille également les cadres supérieurs et les gestionnaires sur les relations de travail et les questions en ressources humaines.

Le conseiller en RH est responsable des activités telles que la dotation, la rémunération et les avantages, l'orientation, la formation ainsi que les relations de travail.

  • Lieu : St-André, Nouveau-Brunswick
  • Rôle : Temps plein - Poste permanent
  • Ce rôle nécessite une présence physique sur place et ne supporte pas les arrangements de travail à distance.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Planifier, élaborer, appliquer et évaluer les stratégies en matière de ressources humaines et de relations de travail, y compris les politiques, les programmes et les procédures afin de satisfaire les besoins de l'organisation en ce qui a trait aux ressources humaines;
  • Encadrer et conseiller les gestionnaires et les employés sur l'interprétation des politiques de ressources humaines, la rémunération et les programmes d'avantages sociaux;
  • Fournir un encadrement et des conseils aux gestionnaires sur les relations de travail;
  • Planifier et administrer la dotation du personnel, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, la gestion des cas d'invalidité, la formation, l'équité en matière d'emploi;
  • Gérer les programmes et tenir à jour les systèmes d'information sur les ressources humaines et les dossiers connexes;
  • Effectuer des recherches sur les avantages sociaux et les pratiques en matière de santé et de sécurité des employés et recommander des changements ou des modifications aux politiques existantes;
  • Veiller à la conformité des pratiques de l’entreprise avec les normes du travail fédérales;
  • Rédiger des communications et des lettres relatives aux ressources humaines dans les deux langues officielles;
  • Gérer et assurer, au besoin, la gestion d’ouverture de dossier en matière de Santé et Sécurité au travail et en faire le suivi;
  • Toute autre tâche désignée par le supérieur.

ÉDUCATION

  • Diplôme ou certificat universitaire ou collégial en gestion des ressources humaines (un atout)
  • Membre certifié d’une association professionnel en ressources humaines (un atout)

EXPÉRIENCE

  • Minimum de trois ans d'expérience dans les ressources humaines ou dans un poste connexe
  • Une combinaison adéquate de formation et d'expérience peut être envisagée.
