We are seeking a Business Partnerships Lead who excels at building meaningful relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding professionals through a consultative partnership process.
This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who values autonomy, purpose-driven work, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage partnership pipelines across North America
Lead discovery conversations and align prospects with our programs
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with professionals and organizations
Use CRM and AI-supported tools to manage outreach and engagement
Track performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
What You Bring
Experience in partnerships, BD, customer success, consulting, SaaS, or L&D
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Interest in personal development, coaching, and modern growth models
Comfortable working within ETS business hours
