The Opportunity

This role joins a small, close-knit finance team that supports multiple locations across the Prairies. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and consistently across multiple legal entities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing core accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, inventory, and general ledger across multiple entities
• Preparing and reviewing day‑to‑day accounting transactions and journal entries with accuracy and timeliness
• Reviewing monthly bank reconciliations for Canadian and U.S. accounts
• Supporting month‑end close activities, financial reporting, and key performance metrics
• Performing variance and margin analysis to ensure proper revenue and expense recognition
• Assisting with monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Supporting year‑end audit processes and coordinating audit requests
