Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to diverse creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence - all in the service of developing and pitching creative concepts, experiences and brand communications.
- Develop work that aligns with client goals and drive measurable results.
- Leverage the latest technologies and platforms to create groundbreaking digital experiences and brand communications.
- Participate in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of creative concepts from ideation to final delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our work remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and creativity in all deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Motivate, inspire and manage a team of creatives.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior creative leadership role at a top-tier agency. Experience in both digital and traditional agencies is a big plus.
- An exceptional portfolio of projects showcasing a range of projects, particularly those that demonstrate innovative thinking and successful outcomes for high-profile clients.
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. As well as a familiarity with emerging digital platforms and technologies.
- Visionary thinker, collaborative leader, passionate about creativity and technology, with a relentless drive for excellence.

What We Offer
Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting.
Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
