Salary : $58,000 - $91,000 (Full-time, All Shifts Available)

Role Summary :

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Radiologic Technologist to join their team in Milford. The role involves performing general radiography procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and delivering quality diagnostic images.

You will work under the direction of the Site Manager and Radiology Supervisor, demonstrating your expertise and contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about radiologic technology and patient care.

Responsibilities :

Prepare procedure rooms and ensure the proper disinfection of all equipment after each patient, adhering to cleaning protocols and policies.

Educate patients on procedures, obtain patient history and consent, verify patient information, and ensure all safety precautions are met.

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols, selecting appropriate equipment and positioning patients based on their physical capabilities and needs.

Monitor patients during procedures and promptly inform the Radiologist of any reactions or issues. Assist Radiologists as needed while striving to minimize patient discomfort.

Ensure quality images for all completed procedures before releasing patients by reviewing or sending them to the PACS system.

Run daily reports to confirm that all exams are properly charged. Track PACS and HMR errors as needed.

Manage and maintain adequate supplies, ensuring rooms are stocked and ready for procedures throughout the day.

Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of radiologic technologist responsibilities.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology

Credentials : Registered Technologist (Radiography), Medical Radiologic Technologist, Basic Life Support (BLS), or ARRT certification

Experience : Open to recent graduates

Desired Qualifications :

Additional certifications are a plus

Experience in diagnostic imaging procedures is preferred but not required
