Task Description

Management of technical and construction documents (customer drawings, internal drawings, QR & guidelines)
Purchase of consumables / factory
Planning
Purchase of materials and nuts and bolts
Manufacturing process
Subcontractor management
Technical assistance to installers
Preparation of bids & quantity surveys
Site measurements and coordination with other subcontractors and contractors
Management of contract amendments (classification of documentation, preparation of extras, follow-up tables)
Preparation of payment requests
Preparation of completion documents (TQC, guarantees etc.)

Qualifications And Application Criterias

Ability to work as a team

Relevant experience in construction

Fluency in French and English (oral / written)
