Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

Job Description :
- Coordinate Corporate day-to-day stock wheeled orders.
- Coordinate Corporate day-to-day shelter orders and US shipments.
- Daily invoicing of orders for Wheeled / US and Aftermarket shipped orders.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable Logistics Customer Service to internal / external calls & emails from Account Managers, Carriers and Customers.
- Update customer regarding status of shipment via phone, email and web-based channels for Wheeled / Equipment / Shelter / US orders.
- Generate Corporate Equipment US / Wheeled Bills of Lading, Packing List, labels and dispatch orders with carriers and dealers.
- Generate Customs Invoices for shipments (USMCA / Commercial Invoice)
- Monitor Wheeled / Shelter shipments from order entry / receiving through delivery to ensure on time performance is met.
- Prioritize new, incoming wheeled completion : Identify urgent priorities requiring immediate action.
- Respond to urgent shipment issues, record scheduled pickups Excel spreadsheet.
- Provide freight rates / quotes using online, carrier websites / via telephone to Account Manager and Customer Scan shipped Bills of Lading, update tracking / freight to order / Visual and save in L : Drive
- Build a long-term relationship with Key Account Dealers - Communicate with Key Account Dealers with order status - complete & packaged orders ready to ship.
- Daily update and maintain Equipment "Logistic Department File Dealership excel spreadsheet - complete orders not picked up / on hold.
- Provide weight, dimensions, shipping information to coordinate pick up with Key Account Dealers
- Email "Shipment Notification to appropriate Dealer & Customer contacts via PDF file.
- File hardcopy BOLS and Customer invoice.
Experience / Requirements :
- High School Diploma required.
- Degree, Diploma, or certification in relevant field / Specialized Logistics Courses
- Customer service : years (Required)
- Experience in Transportation Supply Chain procedures and practices- Minimum to years' experience working in the transportation industry in an operations (dispatch load broker type role) position is preferred.
