Logistics Coordinator

We are in search of talented Logistics Coordinator who is highly organized and pays close attention to detail. The successful administrative candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and products to our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and track the delivery of goods from point of origin to final destination
• Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery status updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall logistics process
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations
• Ensure timely and accurate ordering and movement of CHEP pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Diploma / Certificate in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics
• Knowledge of the Freight Industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications :

• 2-5 years in Transportation / Logistics / Supply Chain
• Computer fluency (MS Office (Excel), Internet)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively
• Ability to respond to issues outside core work hours
